Changelog

An enormous amount of changes were performed regarding rendering and CSS, too many to list individually. These were steps toward the new renderer jaculus and support for the new theme system. Basically a major overhaul of css and renderer.

cwiki_ability()
Fixed error where it would create Entry Title/Entry Title in some cases.

CSS files are tagged with YearWeek, causing them to refresh weekly in browsers from Microsoft.
