No formal public releases have been done. Not for lack of intent, but rather lack of anybody requesting it.
Update: With the release of 1.0 on 2007-04-02, we're getting set up for public, named releases. A public SVN server is in the plans, but honestly, nobody has requested the code so far. If you have any interest, or would like to contribute, let me know.
